GOLDRUSH RALLY 2022: DOWN TO THE WIRE
It's been a week of sleepless nights for the SWAE crew. Between last-minute preparations and jumbled nerves, both minds and hands have been racing in the workshop. There's a car to finish, special projects to wrap up and ship, products to account for, and routes to be mapped. In the end, however, it will all be worth it. For the second year in a row SWAE is sponsoring the goldRush Rally, and this year's event, dubbed One Last Run Against The Sun, will be one to remember. The adventure begins in Sin City before speeding on to Scottsdale, Santa Fe, and Denver. The Rally will then spend two days in the mile-high city before flying out to Nashville. That’s right, goldRush is taking to the air this year. From Nashville, the route travels south through Atlanta, St. Petersburg, and finally Miami for a blowout yacht party. Land, air, and sea, all on one trip. As a member of the SWAE Dispatch crew, we wanted to give a sneak peek at a special gift developed specifically for rally participants.
A Taste of Home.
Just 15 minutes down the road from the SWAE facility is an unassuming building next to an army surplus store. You wouldn’t guess by looking at it, but inside is one of the best restaurants and distilleries in the Flathead Valley. Whitefish Handcrafted Spirits crafts liquor and cocktails that are distinctly Montana. SWAE worked with them to distill a special batch of their Huckleberry Reserve so that every rally participant can take a piece of Montana home with them - if they don’t drink it first. The bottle also includes smart technology, providing with the touch of your phone access to an exclusive invite to SWAE Day 2022: The Return of Dreams on August 27th. Stay tuned for more on that. All in all, it’s just another example of SWAE bringing together people and ideas that excite the team to create a sum greater than its parts.
