The current state of society is one that’s not conducive to dreams or dreamers. Whereas past generations had a reason for optimism, looking towards the literal stars for a chance at brighter horizons, we are stuck in a constant state of infighting. Tribalism, mistrust, and misinformation, dampen the prospects of brighter horizons both in our own lives and in the world at large.

SWAE Day - is this sentiment brought to life. By opening up the SWAE doors and showing what the pursuit has brought. This grants the opportunity for those attempting to pursue their dreams, to do the same. Dig deeper, and begin taking the first steps toward that far-off goal or dream that may have seemed unrealistic or intimidating before. That feeling from standing over a one-of-a-kind Lamborghini, or watching a robot dog make its rounds, you realize dreams are possible.
Shaking the hand of a content creator you've watched for years or discussing the specs of a Markforged 3D printer with an expert coming from years of experience in the field of additive manufacturing. These are dreams realized, and shared with the community SWAE owes so much to.
